How to become a Mobiquity Consultant

From strategy to operations, we are helping our clients deliver on short and long term. Key to success is binding the Business and technology elements together. We support this by focusing on high-impact issues, working within clients’ team and focusing on results.

1. Recruitment Interview
Our first meeting is all about getting to know you and what makes you tick. Of course, you will also have the opportunity to ask questions about Mobiquity Consulting, our people and our values. To give us an idea of your skills, you will be asked to present some examples of documents from previous projects you have worked on.

2. Peer Interview
Here, you will meet up with one or two of our consultants for an in-depth discussion about client-situations that typically come up in the course of a project. As well as giving you an idea of what to expect, this is your chance to really show us what you’re made of, drawing on all of your personal experience and people skills.

3. Managing Consultant Interview
In this interview one of our managing consultants will challenge you to ‘think on your feet’, by testing your ability to think and converse on different levels and switch between them as you go along. You might be discussing a project at CIO level one minute, then have to explain the implications to an engineer the next.

4. Personal Assessment
The assessment is designed to provide insight in your individual approach when faced with a specific client-situation. If your application is successful, the assessment will also form the basis of your personal development plan.

5. Partner Introduction
A final set of questions designed to test your industry knowledge and business acumen. You will also be asked about your motivation and long-term goals.
