Leading SAFe® 2 days

Join our two-day Leading SAFe course for an introduction to the Scaled Agile Framework and learn the principles and practices to confidently drive your Lean-Agile transformation. Learn how to build an Agile organization with a customer-centric approach, how to align the organization around clear objectives, how to improve the flow of value and how to implement SAFe events such as PI planning. This course will give you the tools needed to make SAFe work inside your organization.

What you will learn

  • How to establish Team and Technical Agility and organize around the flow of value;
  • How to align massive organizations around clear, common objectives;
  • How to participate successfully in critical SAFe events, such as PI Planning;
  • How to adopt a customer-centric mindset.

*Basic knowledge or experience with SAFe is preferred to fully benefit from this course.

What’s included

• Course workbook and one-year access to SAFe® Studio, a platform from Scaled Agile with several e-learning modules to help you prepare for the certification exam, and tools to get started in your SAFe role;
• SAFe Agilist certification exam.
• Lunch is included on both training days.

Trainer

The trainer for this two-day Leading SAFe course is SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) Lisanne Boersema.

Exam

• The duration of the exam is 90 minutes.
• Number of questions: 45.
• Passing score: 80%.
• The first attempt is included in the course registration fee if taken within 30 days of completing the course. Retakes cost $50 each time.

*The training is provided in Dutch. However, the training material and the exam are in English.

Day 1: Friday, October 25th from 08:30 – 17:30;

Day 2: Friday, November 1th from 08:30 – 17:30.
