Your Impact

During the Traineeship Digital, you will add value to an organisation through process and chain optimisation, data analysis, systems design and leading and implementing IT projects, among other things. You are motivated to learn how to help organisations modernise and optimise in a sustainable and socially responsible way.

We have clients in the Government, Healthcare, Mobility & Logistics, Retail & Consumer Goods; Manufacturing & High Tech sectors. As a Trainee Digital, you are responsible for:

• Customer satisfaction (target report grade >= 8.5);
• Developing new knowledge and products;
• A piece of sales, selling yourself and your colleagues;
• A positive contribution to the performance and satisfaction of our entire team;
• Your own development.

We devote 10% of your time to your development, providing you with the necessary courses and workshops under the guidance of experienced senior consultants.

Key Qualifications 

• A completed (WO) Master’s degree;
• An entrepreneurial nature;
• Analytical skills to extract valuable insights from data;
• Communication skills and the ability to advise and interact effectively with clients;
• Command of the Dutch language.
