Experience McKinsey Business Course

Are you wondering if McKinsey is the right company for you? Do you want to experience what it is like to work as a McKinsey consultant? The Experience McKinsey Business Course will give you a sneak peek into McKinsey, our people and the way we solve complex problems. Guided by a team of consultants you will gain insights on how you can reach your full potential and how you can deepen your problem-solving skills.

What to expect

Program 

From the 9th till the 13th of May, we will give you an insider’s look into strategy consulting and McKinsey. You will also be coached on personal leadership qualities and work collaboratively with our consultants on a business case in small teams. While you solve a business case you will experience the key elements of consulting.  

Who can apply?   

 We welcome applications from candidates who are currently in the final stages of their studies (3rd yr Bachelor and Masters). Please note that the event will be held in Dutch.   

 

Application process

Stage 1 

- Apply by uploading your resume and transcripts (VWO and WO) and conducting our Digital assessment, Solve before Thursday March 10, 2022, 23:59.  Based on your application and Solve results, we will select a group of candidates for stage 2. 

*After your application you will receive the Solve link within a week. Please note that this link is valid for week. When planning your application, keep in mind that you have one week to finish the Solve assessment. Solve is an interactive game that helps showcase your problem-solving skills. Stage 2

- We will conduct a personal experience interview. You will receive the interview date after being selected for stage 2. Based on your interview, we will select a group of candidates for this unforgettable experience!
