McKinsey Achievement Awards

We are excited to announce the launch of the McKinsey Achievement Awards and we invite you to apply! We are passionate about developing leaders and committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment.

The three McKinsey Achievement Awards—designed to recognize and support talented people who may be currently underrepresented in leadership roles—are the following:

• McKinsey First Generation Achievement Award for individuals who are the first in their family to earn a higher-education academic degree; that is, your parents did not attend and graduate from a university
• McKinsey LGBTQ+ Achievement Award for individuals who self-identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer or questioning
• McKinsey Women Achievement Award for individuals who self-identify as women
