Driven by Powerful Questions you will interact with other attendees, looking for answers. You will discover common issues around scaling agile. Issues that every organization will face when scaling up and that need managerial action. Of course, we will provide a safe setting, facilitated by our experienced Agile Organization Consultants.

In addition, our special guest Maarten Uppelschoten (Kanban & Business Agility expert) will take you on a leadership consultancy trip: how do you enable leaders into getting some of these issues done.
