McKinsey invites you to experience the life of a McKinsey consultant in an inspiring and unique setting in Lisbon. Guided by McKinsey's consultants you learn more about how to reach your full potential and you will deepen your problem-solving skills.

Program

Within this 6-day business course, you will spend four days in Lisbon and two days in Amsterdam. During this week you will be inspired and coached on topics like personal leadership qualities - with focus on your strengths and values, communication styles and problem-solving skills in a unique and idyllic setting.

In Amsterdam you will get acquainted with the McKinsey office culture, work and people. You will work collaboratively with our consultants on a real case for one of our clients. It will be inspiring and fun week in which you will learn a lot about yourself and about McKinsey. This business course is for students in the final stage of their studies (3rd year bachelor or masters) that are fluent in Dutch.

Application process

- Stage 1: Apply by uploading your resume and transcripts (VWO and WO) before September 30, 2019.

Important note: to upload all documents, please merge all documents (CV and Transcripts VWO & WO) into one PDF file together and attach as you complete your application. 

- Stage 2: We will conduct a personal experience interview in the week of October 14, and an online assessment on October 21 or 22.
- Stage 3: Before October 25 we will inform you if you successfully booked a seat for this unforgettable experience!
