The Bain Strategy Challenge 2019

The Bain Strategy Challenge is a unique opportunity to experience what a career in strategy consulting at Bain & Company is like. In four days' time, you will get to know the Bain Amsterdam office and it's unique culture during various dinners and activities such as having the experience to work as a strategy consultant and develop your skills through various training sessions. 

The challenge:

During the business course you will work with Jacobs Douwe Egberts (JDE) and address a real time workplace challenge:

How can the Retail Field Sales Force become a strategic enabler to Rediscover Growth for JDE in France?

How can the JDE field force make best use of new technologies available to them to grow the coffee category in France? There is no 'model answer'—we're looking for your thoughts and creativity on this subject, which you will then present to JDE on Friday.

During the week, you'll travel to Paris and work together closely with JDE to solve this challenging question, while being guided by Bain consultants through workshops, group sessions and individual chats. Most of all, you will get the opportunity to meet many of our people during lunches, dinners and drinks!
