Business Transformation & Technology Recruitment Day

Start the day as a student, end the day as a Deloitte consultant!!

On Friday April 26th, you will have the opportunity to join Deloitte Technology Consulting in the SAP Solutions service line. On this day you will have two interviews and get to meet our colleagues in an informal setting. 

Deloitte’s SAP Solutions team helps organizations reach their business performance goals through transformation programs.  In our projects, we focus on providing end results that support business strategies through process improvement, technology innovation and enablement of people.

We are currently looking for talented candidates from various backgrounds (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management) to join the team! Are you in the final phase of your master or are you a young professional with 0 - 2 years of work experience and would you like to work for Deloitte Technology Consulting in the SAP Solutions service line? Selection

We are looking for ambitious starters and young professionals with a maximum of 2 years of work experience. Our initial screening is based on the following data:

• Curriculum vitae
• Cover letter
• Lists of grades of bachelor and master

After you clear the screening, we will invite you to conduct an online assessment. This assessment consists of a cognitive section as well as a personality test. Based on the scores of your online assessment, you may be invited to the SAP Solutions Recruitment Day. This selection day consists of two application rounds:

• Round 1: 60 minute personal interview with a recruiter and a SAP Solutions colleague
• Round 2: Final interview with the team leader and a senior SAP Solutions manager

On successfully completing both interview rounds, you will receive an offer on the same day!
After the closing date (April 19th) we will make a selection. If you are selected, Cas Valstar (our recruiter) will be in touch with you as soon as possible. He will also provide you with more information about the day.
