McKinsey Young Leaders Evening

What does it take to be a young leader in today’s world of accelerating disruptive change? How can you focus on what actually is within your control?

This workshop will provide you a first step by helping you to become more aware of your unique strengths as a future leader, to guide people through an increasingly changing world. Together with peers you will gain insights by coaching each other based on a strengths assessment, while getting to know McKinsey and its people.
