Women are a powerful force for societal change. Women are half of the potential work force, education institutes, business environment and politics in every economy. Despite all that potential, as well as progress on gender equality over the past few decades, there is still a lot to be improved with regards to gender equality. There is still a long way to go for organizations to truly be inclusive and benefit from the different capabilities of female talent on all levels, especially C-level leadership.
That is why Deloitte has put the topic of gender equality forward in many aspects. This International Women’s Day (8th of March) we invite you at Deloitte to experience a day of sessions and discussions around gender equality.
