Colour your career

After a successful first edition last November, Deloitte is proud to host its second edition of “Colour your career” on June 1^st 2017. During this in-house day for LGBT-students and their allies we show you what Deloitte has to offer – and how incorporate diversity all through our organisation.

At Deloitte we value skills. It does not matter who or what you are, as long as you deliver high quality. Deloitte strongly believes that having a diverse and inclusive workforce, allows us to provide new insights. As such, Deloitte has three active Diversity & Inclusion communities: Culture Diversity Network, Woman’s Diversity Network and GLOBE (Gay, Lesbian or Bisexual Employees). During Colour your career, the GLOBE community will show you what cool (and diverse!) projects we work on.

During this day we provide you with a case that show you what work do. This allows you to get to know Deloitte – and we can get to know you. Our recruiter will be present to answer all of your questions. The day will end with some drinks.

For whom

This event is open to all LGBT (graduated) (Masters) students in one of the fields that Deloitte operates in, including but not limited to: Cyber, Accountancy, Audit, IT, Finance, Strategy, Consulting, Tax. Allies are also welcome, so you can bring your friends!
