This is a two-day business course in the Rembrandt Tower in Amsterdam. Participation in Bain Leadership Days will give you an extensive introduction to strategy consulting and provide you with a clear understanding of what it’s like to work at Bain & Company.
What can you expect? The program is packed with interesting and fun activities:
• You will find out what type of leader you are during a special ‘Inspirational Leadership workshop’
• You will test your leadership skills while working on a real-life case that Bain Amsterdam has worked on
• You will learn more about Bain’s view on true leadership and how we help business leaders succeed
• You will have several (one-on-one) interactions with Bain consultants
Additionally, you will meet many people during lunches, dinner and drinks, from brand new associate consultants to the most experienced partners!
