Are you wondering if McKinsey is the right fit for you? Do you want to experience what it's like to work as a McKinsey consultant with our Tech & AI practice? 

All costs for the event, including travel and accommodation, will be fully covered by us.  

What to expect

Between October 14-16, 2026 we will give you an insider’s look into strategy consulting and McKinsey Tech & AI . You will work on a business case in small teams together with other students, coached by our consultants from our Brussels and Amsterdam offices. Next to the professional program, there will be plenty of opportunities for networking and fun activities as well.

Who can apply?    

We welcome applications from candidates who are currently in the final stages of their studies (Bachelor 3 and Master 1, 2) and who have an affinity with or a background in technology.

Please note that candidates interested in applying for the Amsterdam office must be fluent in Dutch , and candidates interested in applying for the Brussels office must be fluent in either French or Dutch .

Application process   

The application deadline for the event is Sunday September 20, 2026, 23:59. Apply by uploading your resume and transcripts and conducting our Digital assessment, Solve.

Within a couple of days after your application you will receive a link to play Solve, valid for one week*. Solve is an interactive game that helps showcase your problem-solving skills. If you’ve already completed Solve in the past 12 months, your previous score will remain valid and you will not receive a new link. When planning your application, make sure you have enough time to finish the assessment. You can find more information and read our FAQs here.

• Invitations and activity details will be sent to a selected group of students during the week of September 22

*If you apply in between September 18-20, you will receive the Solve link Monday September 21. Keep in mind that the latest opportunity to finish the game is Tuesday September 22.
