Keynote Speaker: Lauri Koop, CEO of Aimwel

We are proud to have Lauri Koop on the podium for this CIO Masterclass. Lauri Koop is CEO of Aimwel (a leading recruitment advertisement platform) and has worked at DPG Media (CEO of all Online Services such as Independer, Tweaker, Autotrack), Monster Worldwide, Axel Springer/Awin in various CEO/executive team positions.

He has built experience in digital ecosystems, marketplaces, marketing, Ad-Technology and Recruitment on a global scale. Throughout his career he has looked how to leverage digital technologies to transform existing business models.

Lauri will highlight that you as a leader (whether you like it or not) already operate in multiple small and large digital ecosystems. You have to understand and embrace these digital ecosystems to drive innovation, new business models and create value. He will discuss the crucial question: Are you going to fit in someone elses ecosystem and rules or going to build your own ecosystem. During his presentation he will share his successes and failures over the years.

Anderson MacGyver speaker: Robbert Petterson

Robbert is management consultant and product lead Digital Business Research at Anderson MacGyver. Robbert is co-author of Anderson MacGyver’s Value web methodology to understand and analyse digital ecocsystems and leads our yearly research to the digital state of affairs in Europe.

Robbert will introduce the main concepts on being a digital enterprise and how to improve and maximize your position in your digital ecosystem. Concrete examples from various industries will illustrate alternative digital ecosystem strategies.
