Female Mentorship Program 2024

Bain has developed a unique 5-month mentorship program for female students who are as passionate about personal development as we are!
  
During this program, a group of top female students will join us in our office for 5 afternoons from February to June 2024. These sessions will be filled with the best workshops Bain has to offer. They will help you reflect on your personality, know your strengths, design your path for success and give you the confidence you deserve. Of course, we’ll also spend time showing you what it is like to be a (female) consultant at Bain. Not only will you learn and grow from our trainers and your fellow students, but also through the one-on-one sessions with your assigned mentor.

You can sign up for the Female Mentorship Program of 2024 until Sunday January 21st 2024. 

First round: online application, with following documents required:

• CV 
• Transcripts

Motivation questions:

• Why should we choose you as a mentee for this program?
• What skills do you admire in others, and would you like to develop in yourself?
• How could this program support you in your development?

Second round: mini cases:

After reviewing your online application, you could be invited to the next round which consists of mini cases. These cases will take place January 29th and 30th.
