Associates

This is what you will do 

As an Associate, you will perform a wide variety of tasks. You work with leading firms to overcome their largest unstructured problems working directly with key client executives. Do you want to accelerate the energy transition, build trust in society, help strengthen our financial institutions, or be at the forefront of more affordable care? Some of the challenges we work with on a day-to-day basis where you will be the analyst driving the problem solving, deriving syntheses and subsequently discussing these with key client executives. As an Associate, you have a blend of the following talents and skills 

• A high level of general intelligence and academic achievement;
• Real thought leadership, business judgment and curiosity, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills (which includes both a quantitative and a qualitative orientation);
• Personal leadership qualities, including an ability to drive change and accomplish challenging goals through and with others;
• The ability to work independently and take ownership, while simultaneously being able to forge productive team and client relationships;
• Strong personal presence, a compelling and professional presentation and communication skills.

Furthermore, we ask for 

• A University degree (Master)
• Fluency in Dutch
• Excellent grades during your Bachelors and Masters
• Proof of extra curricular activities in addition to your studies
