Strategy& Charge your Career Rotterdam/Delft
The Strategy& event will take place in the inspiring venue the Wereldmuseum in Rotterdam, where we will provide you with an introduction to strategy consulting. You will have the opportunity to get to know our consultants and learn more about the way of working and the culture at Strategy&.
During this event, we will simulate a typical Strategy& project. The simulated project will focus on preparing a client for their journey through the energy transition, a field in which we are continuously active in our day-to-day projects.
The event and the simulated project also aim to show how strategy consulting is highly relevant for people with all academic backgrounds and will include the modelling of a quantitative problem, including its technical aspects, and the translation of its results into a business strategy.
It is an excellent opportunity to get to know Strategy&, to increase your understanding of what we do and to get a feeling of how your skills can be of value in strategy consulting. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions you might have. We will end the day with an informal dinner.
The program will be from 11:00 – 21:00 including:

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for students in the last year of their Bachelor’s or first/second year of their Master’s degree. We welcome all academic backgrounds and universities in Rotterdam and Delft; and look for strong academic performance and participation in extracurricular activities. Fluency in English is required.
