Kearney Strategy Day

Are you interested in the world of strategy consulting and curious about what it’s like to work at Kearney? During our Strategy Day, you’ll get to know us and our culture while working on a challenging case with other excellent students.

Program

Our next Strategy Day will take place on Thursday October 13, 2022. One of our senior leaders will kick off the day with a presentation, during which you will be introduced to Kearney’s vision and the types of projects that keep us busy. This will be followed by a challenging case, assisted by our experienced consultants. The case will give you hands-on experience with the daily work of a strategy consultant. Together with your team, you will develop a compelling solution based on what you learn during a workshop and the guidance from your coach. Your goal for the day will be to convince a jury of your proposed solution. Then, we will wrap up the day with drinks and snacks, where you will meet more of our colleagues—from newly hired business analysts to experienced partners who will be happy to answer all your questions.

Please note that a strong command of the Dutch language, both written and verbal, is required for this event.

The application process

A limited number of students can participate in our Strategy Day. Please note that the number of applications often exceeds our maximum. Students are selected based on an application process.
