Nouryon - a global specialty chemicals leader – is in the midst of preparing for an Initial Public Offering in the United States. Over the past two years, the Internal Control function has been primarily focused on becoming SOX compliant to allow for the IPO filing. Nouryon’s Internal Control Director will talk you through their SOX journey and will highlight the key challenges. Find out how the use of data techniques such as process mining with Celonis has enabled him to overcome these challenges and how they will continue to use data to improve their operations.
