With the GDPR compliance deadline behind us, what’s next? What are the common challenges ahead and how can they be addressed? What needs to be done to prevent privacy issues and to stay compliant? And how can companies integrate their privacy practices into their existing operations and drive efficiencies?

During this interactive PAS roundtable meeting, we will facilitate discussions on these and other questions, and share our views and experiences. Discussion areas will include:

Privacy audits. Why privacy audits are important and can add value to your company. How to plan and scope privacy audits. What can certifications and assurance reports, such as ISO 27001 and SOC2, do for you?

Privacy governance. We will share our view on new guidance for Privacy Control Frameworks. We will discuss how to leverage the new guidance to help demonstrating compliance, and how to integrate privacy into Enterprise and Information Risk Management frameworks.

Privacy risks. What are the main privacy risks expected after May 25th? Understand and learn how to mitigate those risks. How to balance commercial interests and customer privacy in the context of compliance and risk appetite.
