Mercer is pleased to announce a 1-day "Reward Fundamentals" training course to support skills and capability development for early-career Reward and HR professionals here in the Netherlands.

The course has been developed by Mercer around the challenges of today's Reward professionals and designed to provide insights and practical toolkits to increase the impact of our clients' reward programmes. Participants will benefit from the experience of Mercer's senior reward consultants.

What will be covered

  • Key reward concepts and the importance of underlying reward principles.
  • Reward program design and processes, including grading and pay structures.
  • Insights into importance and relevance of market data and benchmarking process.
  • Pay progression and pay management, including recent market trends.
  • Raising awareness and the importance of the reward function.
  • Get to know the main reward tools/technologies.

Who should attend

  • Reward practitioners with limited experience in the function.
  • Established analysts who need to develop further skills and awareness of best practices.
  • Line managers and HRBPs who need to need to go beyond the basics of pay and benefits.
