Business Course Cross the Channel

From January 20–21, 2017, The Boston Consulting Group in Amsterdam is organizing our annual 'Cross the Channel' business course near London. This business course offers a chance to all Dutch speaking students that are currently studying in the UK to meet consultants from the BCG Amsterdam office and get a sneak peek into the world of strategy consulting. During two days you will get a realistic view on the dynamic day-to-day business in consulting, the unique BCG character and the role you would have as an associate working for BCG.

After a short training you will experience what it is like to work as a consultant. Together with your team you will formulate a strategy for a pharmaceutical distribution company, and present your findings to the board of directors. At BCG we very much value our employee's personal development. Therefore we will also spend a significant amount of time on this topic during the business course.

The 'Cross the Channel' business course will start on Friday January 20 around 10 AM near London and ends on Saturday afternoon (specific details will follow after the selection).

We challenge you to sign up for this experience before December 1, by uploading your resume and grade lists of your high school and university (till now) through this link. The selection for the business course will be communicated ultimately by December 10.

You must master the Dutch language to be considered for this event.
