The entire RSM Diploma Programme in Business Management and Leadership takes 11 days, spread over two years. The modules are designed as ‘stand-alone’ programmes and you can attend them in any order, as long as you complete all the diploma requirements within a two-year period. If you have already attended one or two modules and then decide to complete the programme, then these will count towards the diploma.
