KPMG is pleased to invite you to the Oil & Gas Talent Crisis breakfast event on 20 June at the KPMG office in The Hague.

Our last survey and publication Being Relevant revealed that Talent is one of the top issues in the Oil & Gas sector. While production is on the rise, 50 percent of the skilled workforce is expected to retire in the next 5–8 years. How to deal with this crisis is of increasing concern to organisations.

Join the Talent Crisis survey
At the moment, KPMG is conducting a Global survey on Talent Crisis in the Oil & Gas sector. The purpose of this survey is to gain feedback and perspective on how the industry is dealing with talent gaps and resource shortages and provide insights into practices aimed at mitigating the impact on productivity. We will share the survey results at this event.
