BCG is in Town Eindhoven

BCG is hitting the road again this year with our ‘BCG is in Town’ series and this time we’re coming to Eindhoven.

This evening is built around a real BCG Amsterdam publication: Solving the Gridlock: Six Interventions for the Dutch Electricity Grid. The Dutch electricity grid is full — and that has major economic and societal consequences. BCG developed six concrete interventions to fix it, built on data models, scenario analysis and system thinking. But identifying the right solutions is only half the work. The other half is making the case for them.

We’ll take you behind the scenes of how BCG approached this question: what the work actually looked like, which choices had to be made, and what role different backgrounds played in the team. After some content the evening closes with drinks and an informal networking session with our team where you can ask all your questions.
