This session, hosted by Mercer, revolves around your questions and our answers and includes practical tips on how to deal with the new Dutch pension regulations. So no confusing presentations with intricate calculations, but hands-on information you can immediately use and implement within your organization. The following issues will be discussed: 

  • The retirement age moves to 67. Will you adjust your pension scheme or can employees still retire at the age of 65?
  • Is the adjustment in retirement age an improvement or a deterioration, does it matter at all?
  • What’s the effect on the premiums, what’s the effect on the benefits? And how will your employees view their situation?

Location and time

The HR prepare session will be held on Thursday, April 25th at our office in Amstelveen.

Registration starts at 09:30, at 10:00 the session will commence and around 12:00 we conclude with a lunch.
