Kearney Strategy Day

Program 

The next Strategy Day will take place on Wednesday, November 6, 2024. One of our senior leaders will kick-off the day with a presentation during which you will be introduced to Kearney, our vision and the projects and type of work that keep us busy. This will be followed by a challenging case – assisted by our experienced consultants – that is representative of the work they do on a daily basis. The case will give you hands-on experience into the daily work of a strategy consultant. Together with your team you will develop a compelling solution based on what you have learned in the workshop and the guidance from your coach. Your goal for the day is to convince the jury of your proposed solution. You will develop a compelling solution to convince the jury of your strategy. We will wrap up the day with drinks and snacks, where you will meet more of our colleagues (from newly-hired Business Analysts to the experienced Partner). They will be happy to answer all your questions!
