Teamed up with a diverse group of talented students and BCG colleagues, you'll discover first-hand what it's like to be a force for good in the world by working as a consultant for us.

During this Tony's Business Course, we will work on a real social impact case together with Tony's Chocolonely!

You will use your excellent quantitative and qualitative reasoning skills; you’ll develop a tailored strategy that addresses your client’s main challenges. Best of all, you’ll be coached by some of our most experienced consultants who can’t wait to help you develop both professionally and personally.

How to apply:

There are three steps to the application process, so please read the instructions carefully and make sure you upload the right documents on time. Without a complete profile we cannot take your application into consideration.

1. Online application

Application deadline: September 29, 2024.

Documents required:

• Resume
• High school transcripts
• University transcript(s)

Cover letter is optional. It is not required to explain your motivation. If you wish to do so, you can use this cover letter to provide additional information about your profile and the provided documents​

On September 25, we will be hosting a webinar to address any inquiries regarding the application process and the Business Course. Please ensure you register in advance to participate in the call.

2. Online Case Experience and Quantitative Math Test

Tests held between 1-7 October 2024

If we decide to take your application forward, we’ll invite you to complete an Online Case Experience and a Quantitative Math Test. These will test your quantitative skills, data interpretation, calculations, and business logic.

3. Interviews

To be held on either 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25 October 2024

If you pass the online tests, we’ll invite you to two case interviews (60 mins each).

We are organizing an online session to prepare you for the case interviews on October 9 (17:00-18:30).

As the interviews follow soon after the online tests, it is crucial to prepare accordingly. After the interviews, we’ll let you know whether your application has been successful.

Please note that you need to be fully proficient in Dutch and we can only accept complete applications.
