Jonathan Wyatt
Managing Director, Protiviti

Jonathan Wyatt is a Managing Director, based in Protiviti’s London office, and Global Head of Protiviti Digital. He brings over 25 years of experience in internal audit, business and technology consulting. Jonathan has global responsibility for our Digital Transformation, Intelligent Automation and Innovation Services practice areas, helping clients position themselves as leaders of the digital age, exploiting the opportunities presented by innovative disruption.

Jonathan has significant experience working in Internal Audit, having previously led our Internal Audit and Financial Advisory practice in the UK. Jonathan is currently operating as IT Competency Network leader for the internal audit team of one of the world’s largest Insurance clients, headquartered in Europe. He is a Chartered Accountant, CISA and CRISC. Jonathan leads Protiviti’s Innovation team and has been part of the leadership team driving efforts to bring innovation to Internal Audit.

Prior to taking on his current role, Jonathan was Protiviti’s Strategic Account Executive at 2 of the world’s Top 20 Banks, overseeing all Protiviti services provided to these accounts.

Bernadine Reese
Managing Director, UK, Protiviti

Bernadine is a Managing Director within Protiviti’s Risk & Compliance team in London. Prior to joining Protiviti in 2007, Bernadine was a member of KPMG’s Regulatory Services practice. She has more than 25 years’ experience working with a variety of financial services clients to enhance their business performance by successfully implementing risk, compliance and governance change, and optimising their risk and compliance arrangements.

Owen Roderik Strijland
Managing Director, Protiviti

Owen started his career in 1999 as a general ICT consultant in the Healthcare and Finance domain, through his roles as a Change Advisor to the Executive Board for a large insurance/ banking company and his role as manager Risk Management he encountered a variety of Compliance and Risk topics where information management, digitization, and the delivery of tangible results with a diversity of teams were always key.

For a global consultancy company, he has built a team of 50 risk professionals. His experience and motivation to analyze opportunities, start-up, create and sell solutions, positively influences the group process to perform and get the best out of people. Today Owen is responsible for the Financial Services and Fintech industry solutions for Protiviti Benelux and leads the Risk and Compliance solution. His focus is on bringing the right people, technology, and partners to his clients to really solve challenges.

Owen is a Design Thinking facilitator and founded the Dutch Chapter of ACFCS. since 2014, hehas a seat in the Dutch Management Team of Protiviti. 

Enrico Ferretti
Managing Director, Protiviti

Enrico Ferretti is Managing Director of Protiviti Italy, responsible for consulting services of Cybersecurity, Strategy & Governance ICT, Cloud Transformation and Business Continuity & Crisis Management. He has gained over 25 years of professional experience, also working at Accenture, where he has held various responsibilities. In Protiviti since 2007, he is also responsible for the Telco, Media & High Tech industry. He is certified CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, PCI-DSS QSA and ISO27001 Lead Auditor.

Ellen Holder
Managing Director, Protiviti Deutschland

Ellen Holder is a Protiviti Managing Director in Frankfurt, Germany, as well as the firm’s EMEA lead for sustainability and a member of the its global ESG Steering Committee. In Germany, she leads the Sustainability, Risk & Culture Service Line. Her focus is on sustainability and risk, with extensive expertise in other areas such as program management, communication, business/IT, performance improvement and GRC. In addition, Ellen manages the alignment of the sustainability service portfolio at Protiviti Germany, bringing together experts from different disciplines for the best client experience.

Clive Davis
Executive Director – Enterprise Optimization, Europe, Robert Half

Clive his specialties are: Recruitment Contract Negotiation, Driving Professional recruitment services in the UK and Benelux markets. Coordinating multiple teams to deliver high quality Permanent & Temporary recruitment solutions with a strong emphasis on Speed, Communication, Match & Choice. Extensive experience collaborating with MSP & RPO companies.

Alexandre Roset
Associate Director, Protiviti

Alexandre Roset, with more than 13 years of experience, serves as an Associate Director at Protiviti's Paris office in Risk & Compliance. His background is mainly in Governance Risk & Compliance, focusing on Enterprise Risk Management, where he assesses various financial and operational risks for large French and international companies. Alexandre's expertise also spans compliance, particularly under the Sapin 2 framework, assisting corporate to implement or audit corruption framework (ABC risk assessment, accounting provisions, Third-Party Risk Management). He also led several internal control engagements for large companies establishing robust frameworks, and his experience includes significant work in Internal Audit and Sarbanes-Oxley projects, covering financial and IT processes. Alexandre is also a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

Goetz Traenkle
Manager, Protiviti Switzerland

Goetz is a seasoned risk manager, with broad experience in internal audit and compliance programs gained in large multinationals. He is passionate about finding pragmatic solutions to complex challenges. Goetz built enterprise risk management frameworks, advised on digital transformation initiatives and delivered value-oriented internal audit services addressing business, finance and IT risks. Being a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), he is thrilled about leveraging the potential of digital technology. His agile approach and communication style, his focus on bridging people, processes and technology and his curious mind enable him to deliver pragmatic and value-adding solutions to clients.
