Speakers:
Marcel works with boards and management teams to develop business plans, manage post-M&A integrations, transform the finance function, improve operations, and drive organizational change. He works for public companies, family businesses, private equity-owned companies, and cooperatives.
Before re-joining Protiviti in 2019, Marcel was a partner and finance manager at a boutique consulting firm in restructuring, operational excellence, and supply chain management. Earlier he worked at Protiviti from 2005-2012, and at KPMG in the CFO Advisory and Restructuring practice.
In addition to his consulting experience, Marcel has worked as acting CFO and has held positions in operational and financial management in the telecom/internet sector at Telfort and in Italy.
Estelle joined Robert Half in 2003 after 4 years with a boutique IT company and has 20 years of experience supporting C-Suite clients with their talent strategies. Estelle led 12 offices for Robert Half in the UK before moving to Toronto, Chicago and Amsterdam, partnering with Protiviti and supporting clients with M&A, IPO readiness and major transformation projects. Estelle graduated with LLB Hons from the University of Liverpool and is currently completing her MBA Dissertation focused on strategies to drive female board level representation, in the Netherlands, at the University of Birmingham.
Throughout her tenure with Protiviti/Robert Half, Estelle gained extensive experience in executive and interim recruitment, workforce planning and successful project deployment within Europe and North America. She has helped many organizations rapidly establish project teams and successfully integrate acquisitions, implement systems, resolve backlogs or compliance issues whilst making long lasting process improvements by leveraging Protiviti expertise.
Throughout his tenure with Protiviti Daniel gained extensive experience in IA and SOx advisory within the Netherlands and other parts of Europe. He has helped many organizations establish a robust ICFR framework including risk assessment, scoping and development of SOx documentation, testing methodology and AC reporting.
Additionally, he is part of the Protiviti’s ESG solution team which helps organizations establish an ESG program focused on meaningful metrics and reporting. Daniel has also been involved in several forensic investigations as well as ERM projects.
