Your Job:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible to drive and close new business opportunities. Once you are part of the sales team, you are expected to be the main driver of a new sales project and all to the with business development. You will have the opportunity to grow and learn a lot from Accenture’s internal processes. You will have to work closely with a lot of colleagues with different backgrounds and you are the one who is responsible for the final proposition to our client that it has the best look and feel. You will build relationships within Accenture and with our clients to be able to bring the best of Accenture to address our clients’ needs and challenges.

You will take the lead in shaping client specific value propositions and craft proposals to help our clients become successful. You will be responsible for driving all activities within the sales cycle – from supporting, coordinating, and crafting the first proposal, keeping the whole team motivated, to negotiating and to closing the final contract. You will do this by working collaboratively with our clients and internal Accenture teams.

  • Your role will be focused on building long term and trust-based relationships within Accenture (key stakeholders and colleagues) as well as with clients.
  • You will be collaborating with teams across Accenture to create a compelling proposition for our clients
  • You have strong commercial acumen and have shown excellent project management skills
  • You preferably have a demonstrated ability to negotiate and close contracts
  • You feel confident in working in a challenging and dynamic environment and are eager to learn
  • You’d expect to be self-driven in creating new pipeline, relationships and helping to work with your colleagues in continuously growing and learning environment

Your background

  • Bachelor or Master degree.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, you are proactive and service oriented.
  • Self-Starter , you are a motivated and driven person, who can work independently.
  • Curious , you have an insatiable curiosity how you can add value to the client. You learn fast and want to keep learning
  • Responsible , you are not afraid to take end-to-end responsibility during a sales cycle
  • Experience (nice to have), you have experience in selling consulting and/or technology projects
