As (Tech) consultant at EY you support organisations with these transformations. Our teams exist of specialised consultants with different backgrounds. Our consultants are involved in a variety of projects, from developing up to implementing a strategy within different industries. Powered by a combination of core cloud-based Microsoft products and deep EY experience in technology, industry and global consulting, the new group builds on the companies’ long-standing strategic alliance. The EY Microsoft Services Group will focus on deep capabilities in technology cloud strategy, Azure, data & AI, IOT, Dynamics 365, M365, and Cyber. The group brings the best of EY and Microsoft to deliver innovative Microsoft cloud-based services.

Your key responsibilities
In your role, you are a key player in developing and implementing large and complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. You will be focusing on both the technical and functional aspect of the role. Next to development and implementation you will assist in generating new projects as well. As such, you will get a unique chance to further build your profile by:
- Designing and developing solutions in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
- Working with clients to update, extend, or migrate their current IT applications to make optimal use of the possibilities that Dynamics 365 offers.
- Assisting in the growth of the Microsoft Services Group by extending the knowledge of the Dynamics platform, as well as taking up new challenges for the growing team.
- Working as part of a high performing team. Collaborating and developing with fellow consultants and/or client colleagues.
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role you must have
- a bachelor and/or master’s degree in a relevant field. For example, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Management, or IT related fields.
- More than 2 years’ hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- The ability to design, build, test and implement Dynamics 365 solutions linking to client systems.
- The eagerness to develop yourself in Microsoft Business Applications (Microsoft Dynamics 365 + power platform)
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, combined with the ability to build ‘Trusted Advisor’ relationships
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience in working with (Microsoft) Cloud platforms
- Experience with Agile methods like Scrum
- Experience with low code
