Key Responsibilities

As a (Senior) Manager Risk Culture you will:

  • Be responsible for the development of the Risk Culture service offering and go-to-market plan, hereby generating profitable revenue;
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities and pro-actively generate new client opportunities, by understanding EY and its service offerings;
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for colleagues and peers, and act as a visible role model for our people in general and in the field of Risk Culture knowledge;
  • Lead client engagement teams, hereby analyzing and solving clients’ problems and develop solutions to achieve a shift in mindset and behavior to support the new (Risk) Culture.

Skills and Attributes for success

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a good understanding of the competitive market and a clear and inspiring vision on how addressing Risk Culture and Behavioral Risk can add value to our clients;
  • Understands the importance of Behavioral Risk and knows how to assess behavioral risk
  • Builds and maintains strong external and internal network to drive future sales activities in the market;
  • Is a collaborative leader and strong team player with experience in building and sustaining relationships;
  • Has a strong drive, energy and passion to empower the Culture team;
  • Has strong personal impact, is resilient and able to influence and persuade clients, colleagues and stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions;
  • Is able to analyze complex problems to deliver insightful, practical solutions for our clients.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Between 7 to 10+ years of relevant working experience as a consultant or behavioral auditor with focus on risk culture transformations and behavioral risk;
  • A good understanding of and affinity with Risk Management or Internal Audit (soft) controls;
  • Demonstrated a track record of building relationships and winning new opportunities;
  • A proven track record of shaping and running complex Risk Culture Transformation programs;
  • A proven track record of proactively managing stakeholders, including providing constructive challenges, influencing decisions, providing robust advice, delivering difficult messages and managing performance issues.

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Strong project management skills
