Our Cybersecurity Practice focused on the Financial Sector is growing fast.
To set the scene: behind every payment application, every financial transaction and every website click, hides a complex system that holds immense amounts of personal and commercial data. This data is increasingly valuable in this rapidly evolving world. As Cybersecurity specialists in Financial Services, we get to support in securing this data and minimizing cyber threats that could negatively affect our financial systems and processes, and your sense of security. We as a team are ensuring a safe environment for many financial institutions and their respected clients on a daily basis.

You will join a fast-growing Global Cyber team of over 10,000 Cyber professionals, aligned to the Dutch Financial Services Cyber team dedicated to providing Cyber consulting services to leading Financial Services organizations.
The role
We are searching for an experienced cybersecurity professional that can join our team as a senior consultant or manager. If you have 5-7 years of experience, we are searching for you!
An overview of the responsibilities for this role:
- You will need to draw upon your knowledge and experience to manage client projects, act as an advisor to a variety of clients and contribute to business development activities for the team.
- Assist in managing financial aspects of projects by organizing staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to engagement partners.
- Participate in business development initiatives.
- Build strong external and internal relationships.
- Be able to lead a client pursuit from start to finish.
- Manage teams or parts of teams on projects of different sizes.
- Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring.
- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for consultants.
- Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training Cyber professionals.
- Help to create a positive learning culture and coach and counsel junior team members to assist in their professional development.
- Lead by example and act as a role model for our people in the way that you live our values.
- Above all, be able to grow our cyber practice.
What are the role qualifications?
You will be able to demonstrate cybersecurity project experience and client knowledge gained from professional practice across a number of the following areas of Cybersecurity:
- Cybersecurity/ Cyber Crime assessments, implementation or cyber frameworks (e.g. ISO and NIST).
- Security strategy and transformation / business change / program management / target operating modelling.
- Cybersecurity architecture design and implementation, including Cloud.
- Identity & Access Management experience, from strategy definition through to implementation of solutions (e.g. Sailpoint).
- Data Loss Protection and Data protection experience.
- Privacy (GDPR) experience
- Security assessments related to threat, vulnerability and penetration testing (e.g. MITRE, CBEST, Tiber).
- Financial Services regulatory experience (e.g. DNB, PRA, FCA, ECB, MAS).
Ideally you’ll also have
- Experience in Financial Services.
- Strong academic record including a relevant degrees.
- Awareness of National and International security standards.
- Project management experience - Prince2 / PMI / MSP.
- Management and consultancy experience.
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA or CISM.
- Privacy certification such as CIPP/e.
- Proficient in Dutch.
