What you do:

• Identify opportunities for data-science projects in the financial services sector. These projects can either be strategic (companies that want to become more data-driven) and implementation oriented (data-driven analyses and building) data-science support tools
• Build up relationships with our clients, identify business opportunities and deliver value to them through highest quality
• Lead data-science projects while inspiring your team consisting of eager data science analyst and consultants
• Ensure that the projects are executed successfully in timely manner 
• Serve as a subject matter expert with a clear vision on data science for the financial services sector
• Be a brand ambassador by embracing our company values: quality and value, trust and ownership

You are an expert within the financial services sector, who are capable of inspiring others and:

• 6+ years working experience within the financial services such as banking, fin-tech, insurance or pension institutions
• Have a proven track record in the area of data science/modelling (consultancy is a big plus)
• Experienced in stakeholder management and you are capable of solving the client’s problem in a structured manner by communicating your findings in a compelling way
• You are a self-starter who is ambitious, doesn’t give up easily and is able to unite a team of young professionals behind a common goal
• You are a mentor for our consultants in helping them in their personal growth
• You have a strong ethical framework and a strong sense of responsibility, accountability, ownership and helping others
