To expand operations in the Netherlands, we are also looking for an ambitious Manager HR Transformation & Change (HRTC).

Job description

As a Senior Consultant HR & Change, you willreport to Jorn Fokkens and will be responsible for the following tasks:

Leading customer assignments

  • You havedeveloped knowledge on the topic of HR T & (Data driven) Change and will be able to present a unique approach on managing transformations at companies. Also you will be on top of all developments in the digitizing of HR Processes, and in general HR consulting services like Future of work, Performance management, Talent management, Vitality, etc
  • You understand the profound change that digital transformation brings to all companies in whatever industry and also what it means for the consultancy sector. How a data driven approach will help in any (business) transformation program.
  • You will help mature materials expressing thought leadership and key trendstogether with the Dutch and international team, such as case studies, expertise letters, press articles, etc…thereby feeding our marketing channels and prospection process.
  • You will participate with a team of professionals in HRTC in supporting the digitization of HR and change processes. In this area we expect you already are familiar with tools like Workday. You can count on the existing consulting team and the expertise available both locally and in the Sia Partners group.

Consulting missions

  • From the Sia Partners office in Amsterdam, you will acquire and deliver projects in the area of HRTC with major accounts (for BU Energy & Utilities as well as BU Financial Services), but also at other clients and prospects in the Netherlands.

  • You have a Masters degree from a first class university (preferably business or organizational science) and havea fundamental insight in the area of HR, Change or Business Transformation.
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in (Transformation & Change) consulting.
  • You have an active business network at relevant major companies
  • You have extensive knowledge in Project Management
  • You area self-starting, flexible, entrepreneurial person, and havepronounced business and change skills and experience.
  • You have the ability to monitor company or market trends, evolutions, new challenges and triggers actions within Sia Partners to adapt our offerings
  • You have beensuccessfullyinvolved in transformation projects or supported HR departments already.
  • You are willing to participate occasionally in international projects and is thus ready to travel occasionally for short business trips.
  • You are agood coach and project team leader.
  • Language skills: minimum NL, ENG. French is a real asset.
