We Are - Accenture Integrated Platform Team (IPT) works with Accenture Market Unit teams in strategic deals providing SAP market differentiation skills and assets, and industry specialisation. Accenture is looking for an SAP expert to be based in Europe. The candidate will be responsible support the European client account teams to shape strategic SAP deals, recommend roadmaps and support business cases definition and then to taking those through sales and into delivery. The candidate will also be expected to develop expertise in Accenture assets and contribute to their constant improvement.

You Are - A skilled utility industry practitioner who knows how to reinvent Customer Experience in the new digital world. You have experience designing and implementing digital transformation in a functional and/or technical capacity with SAP IS-U, CRM / Customer Care focus on business process improvement and/or supporting technical solutions (e.g. in the contact centre, back office and strategic departments of a retail utility). You identify, target, and organize for intelligent customer and retail growth with new connected energy experiences. In fact, every day you are looking for opportunities to challenge the status quo and you are not satisfied with step change. You are a relentless storyteller, inspiring teams with your vision and new way of thinking. You have a proven track record of managing teams and established yourself as a subject matter expert for customer experience and/or operations. You understand that co-location with clients and teams is critical to innovation and you are ready to partner at client sites.

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the Utility Industry, Customer Service / Customer Transformation project delivery

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience with CIS functional transformation (CRM, SAP IS-U)

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a technical advisory or consulting role

  • Bachelor Degree, Master Degree or equivalent

  • Fluent level of English and another European language, as you’ll be working across countries within Europe

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • Availability to meet travel requirements (max 4 days per week)

​ Bonus Points If

  • You have experience in SAP S/4HANA Utilities & C/4HANA solutions (primarily SAP Sales and Service Cloud, Commerce and Marketing Cloud)

  • It is a plus if you have experience in non-SAP customer experience and billing solutions

  • You improvise and adapt to lead clients and teams through change and ambiguity

  • You’ve gained the trust of your clients and partnered with them to: design business process, lead design thinking workshops, develop business case, deliver agile projects, develop new operating model, manage talent and change, co-create intellectual property
