As a Cloud Security Consultant at Accenture SecurityNL, you will advise our clients on how to secure their Cloud environments in engaging projects from a holistic perspective that security is more than just the technology, but also the people and the processes.

Your job

You will be part of the Cloud Security team and work in projects across multiple organizations. You are expected to demonstrate consulting experience and continue to grow you career in Cloud security while considering the broader field of security at organizations. Typical activities that you are able to take ownership of at our clients include:

  • Delivering Cloud security projects as part of a larger Accenture team

  • Assessing organizations' existing Cloud security posture and maturity

  • Designing and implementing migration journeys for security to the Cloud

  • Deploying, integrating, and improving Cloud security solutions

  • Advising clients on their Cloud security options

Your background

This job is made for you if you recognize yourself in one or more of the following qualifications and backgrounds:

  • Experience with Cloud technology and securing Cloud environments of at least one year;

  • A Bachelor or master’s degree in an Information Technology related study such as Computer Science, Business informatics, Data Science or equivalent;

  • A Cloud vendor certification specifically aimed at Cloud security knowledge and skills is required (e.g. AZ-500);

  • Demonstratable knowledge of Cloud security services for identity and access management, platform protection, data and application security, and for managing security operations;

  • A team player who knows how to communicate in layman’s terms and who can analyse, advise on, and solve complex Cloud security challenges;

  • Fluent in English
