As a PwC Consultant, your job will be to help us conceive and work on strategic change initiatives for our clients that will prepare them for tomorrow’s challenges in today’s fast-changing digital world. We are involved in change projects at every stage, from strategic planning all the way through to execution. We are seeking consultants to work with international clients on innovative technological solutions and discovering new ways to help them solve problems. We will train you, offer individual coaching and provide plenty of support for your personal development, focused on what you want to learn and achieve professionally.

Who are you?

We are looking for candidates who are decisive, enjoy working in a team and with clients, possess analytical skills, and find it important to continue taking on new challenges and working on self-improvement.
The ideal candidate:

  • has a Master’s degree in science/engineering, for example in information science, or in Business but with a technology focus;

  • has an excellent command of Dutch and English;

  • can use his or her skills to inspire clients and build relationships quickly;

  • believes in acting with integrity, both internally and externally, and takes responsibility for the same;

  • is interested in trends in his or her field and has the drive to make a difference with a team;

  • is capable of empathising with fellow team members and client stakeholders and appreciates what others bring to the table;

  • enjoys working in teams and welcomes different ideas and perspectives as input;

  • is innovative, enterprising and not afraid to challenge the status quo.

What does your work look like?

As part of a PwC project team, you will work with our clients on challenging and complex issues. That means that your work will vary considerably, allowing you to explore different organisations from within, and work with clients to set up and successfully complete digital improvement initiatives.
The PwC team that focuses on the commercial sector encompasses a wide range of competences. As a Consultant, you will represent the Technology competence and work closely with co-workers who contribute expertise from other competences - such as Finance, Operations or People & Organisation - and, in many cases, work with staff in our Deals, Audit and/or Tax business. You will be a member of a diverse team. As a Digital Technology Consultant, your expertise in IT will make a major contribution to our clients’ large-scale business transformations, for example by developing a smart digital strategy for our clients, designing and implementing an IT operating model for them, reviewing Business & Data architecture projects, undertaking Cloud migration projects together with our alliances, and guiding clients towards a more agile way of working.
