We are looking for an Intelligent Asset Management Practitioner for our Digital Manufacturing & Operations practice.You will work at a European level andwork cross various industries, bringing in functional expertise in Maintenance and Reliabilitywith a track record in both business development andconsultingservice delivery. You willhelp our clients transform theiroperational performanceby using new leading edgeIot,edge,mobileapplications,cloudplatforms, and advancedpredictiveanalyticstechnologiesto modernize their MaintenanceandReliabilityfunctionsin orderto betteroptimize assets. You will work withclients and the account teamstotake Intelligent Asset Management offeringcampaignstomarket and delivervalue-basedoutcomes at clients.

  • Value-oriented mindset,goodbusiness operator, andenabler ofpeople development

  • Develop strategies and tactics that help clients improve the overall performance of their assets and equipment

  • Providefunctionalexpertisewithinmaintenance and reliabilitydomains,comfortable withAsset Managementvalue levers,knowledge of clients’ core operations

  • Technical expertise of the platforms and solutions that underpinMaintenance and Reliabilityfunctions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of cross-industry related experiences (Chemicals, Oil/ Gas, Consumer Goods, Industrials, Pharma, Utilities, Automotive, A&D)

  • 15+ years of M&R consulting experience

  • Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)or Institute of Asset Management (IAM)(or similar qualification) required

  • Thorough knowledge of CFR Part 192 & 195, ASME, API, NACE, ISO 33000, OSHA, NBIC, and NEC codes and standards.

  • Knowledge of TPM/Maintenance Excellence programs including SMRP 5 Bodies of Knowledge – Business and Management, Manufacturing Process Reliability, Equipment Reliability, People Skills, Work Management.

  • Solid understanding of one or more followingmaintenance business processes Shutdown/Turnaround (STO/TAR), Work Planning and Scheduling, MaterialManagement, RCA, and or FMEA

  • Working knowledge of common maintenance and reliability tools such as Infor,SAP PM,OracleeAM, IBM Maximo, Ivara, NRX,Reliasoft, Meridium, etc.

  • Experience driving large scale improvement programs within a maintenance organization

  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
