A hybrid role, where you help boost our own growth but at the same time engage in growth hacking activities for our clients. Tangible revenue impact. Acting on executive level and below. Growth Hacker (full-time)

The term growth hacker is hyped, but it covers the essence of what we are looking for: realizing revenue impact through digital marketing and smart thinking.

You are a creative mind with an eye for detail and hunger for results. Ideally, you have 2+ years of relevant (digital marketing) experience at your own company or someone else’s (startup or corporate). You’re a professional. You’re hooked to reading up on the latest digital marketing / growth hacking developments. You sign up for new tools straight away to see if they are of any value. You know what works and what doesn’t in tracking visitor behavior through the entire acquisition & retention funnel. You know how Sumome is different from Hotjar & Mixpanel and are able to find any data you need using APIs and scraping. You know how to organize a kick-ass event. More importantly, you have come up with creative and clever ways to find and engage your target audiences. Both on and offline.

You are able to pull people out of their comfort zone. You have a proven entrepreneurial mindset. Feel comfortable in facilitating workshops. You are a high-energy type, a self-starter and a finisher.

The job

  • Facilitate client workshops (internationally)
  • Execute client growth hacking activities
  • Conceptualize and organize inspiring growth events
  • Contribute to growth-hacking solutions for our clients
  • Implement smart ways to increase our brand awareness
  • Launch new service propositions
  • Engage our target audiences
  • Continuously optimize our client acquisition funnel
  • Find new ways for growth
