Job description
As a Principal with Quint’s fastest-growing business, you will provide inspiring leadership to the North American team on multiple dimensions. The successful candidate will be recognized as a thought leader in IT Advisory Management Services with a demonstrated track record in IT Strategy, Lean IT, DevOps and/or IT Service Management. You will be recognized for the ability to develop major client relationships through your prominence, professional network, previous client impact and domain expertise. In addition, you will have demonstrated a commitment to building a practice and proven success in developing a go-to-market strategy, assets and high performing teams. It is important you are comfortable working in a global, cross functional, matrixed organization and be able to collaborate on strategic initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities
Within this role your will have multiple responsibilities:

  • As a core member of the leadership team you will be responsible for providing strategy and consulting services, devising innovation strategies and roadmaps for end to end transformational engagements in collaboration with subject matter experts, consultants, technologists and creative teams.

  • You are able to build senior level advisory relationships with potential clients; convert relationships with executives into long-term consulting relationships that extend across multiple assignments over time.

  • You have a disciplined approach to new business development activities and leverage compelling pursuit strategies in support of aggressive growth plans.

  • You participate directly on consulting assignments, helping to direct oversight of the engagement and interacting with clients as the senior member of the team.

  • You ensure that the quality of the firm’s work continues to be truly distinctive through Innovative Intellectual Capital Development with a focus on client impact and tangible results; ensure that the kind of work undertaken is both consistent with the firm’s distinctive strengths and attractive to the firm’s consulting staff.

  • You help recruit, develop, and retain other consulting professionals – both new hires and existing consultants - to support the firm’s ambitious growth targets.

  • You play a role in Solution Building and IP Creation by authoring white papers, presenting at industry conferences, delivering webinars and representing Quint before external audiences as appropriate.

  • You are end-responsible for the project delivery to selected clients and/or market segments and accountable for Quint’s value and impact (growth) to that client and/or market segment.

  • You timely identify, drive and actively participate in solution building and IP creation to grow the market segment.

Extensive work with the C-suite and executive teams on topics such as:

  • Organizational Change Management

  • Customer Value

  • Lean IT, Agile and DevOps transformation

  • Cloud Sourcing, cloud integration and transformation2cloud

  • Governance, Risk and Compliance

  • Digital Transformation strategy

  • Real-time Analytics & Big Data, Data Management & Automation

Basic Level Qualifications
Minimum 15+ years of strategy, operations and process consulting to Fortune 1000 corporations, with extensive cross-industry experience in digital strategy and transformation

  • Minimum 15 years’ experience advising major transformation initiatives in business, operations and technology across industry sectors, with depth of experience preferably in: financial services, high-tech manufacturing and healthcare.  

  • Proven ability to rapidly frame business challenges and develop logical approaches leveraging digital capabilities.

  • Proven ability to generate business and spearhead elevation of client portfolios to their next level of growth.

  • Proven ability to operate successfully in a collaborative, matrixed global organizational structure.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, including identification of leads and opportunities, pre-sales and post-sales support and client relationship management.

  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing strategic digital concepts to all audiences

  • Track record in managing multiple projects in parallel on quality, timely delivery and finance.

  • Ability to travel minimum 60% of the time.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master's Degree in Business/Management preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Broad and diverse cross-industry experience with depth of exposure to one or more of the following industries: Financial Services, Banking, Healthcare, Life Sciences, High-Tech Manufacturing

  • Superb team building skills with a predisposition to building consensuses and achieving goals through collaboration.

  • Strong ability to develop strategies and thought leadership, consider multiple points of view and the impacts on strategic goals within the organization, infrastructure, teams, etc.
