We are looking for:

Senior Consultants, having at least 5 years of work experience in fact-based consulting (or similar), and/or banking/financial sector, and proven affinity with sustainability.

And specifically, we are looking for changemakers who get energized by:

• Manage and lead projects that drive structural, sustainable change in agricultural commodity sectors;
• Lead acquisition process and contribute to business development and build your own client base;
• Provide guidance and mentorship to more junior colleagues in projects, and nurture the culture of continuously growing and improving.
• Support the internal management of the organization, and further developing the strategy that will help the team and the company grow and excel;

Our Senior Consultants are expected to have the following profile:

• Relevant Master’s degree or PhD (e.g. Economics, Finance);
• 5+ years of experience, of which several years in strategy consulting;
• Experience working in or with the banking/investment funds/financial sector, impact investment is preferred;
• Proven affinity with sustainability, especially around agri-commodity sector(s);
• Have excellent client interaction skills, a collaborative working style, strong interpersonal skills, creative out-of-the-box thinker and leadership capabilities;
• Professional proficiency in English and Dutch (other languages are considered a plus)
