We are looking for:

Principal Consultants, having at least 8 years of work experience in fact-based consulting (or similar) and proven affinity with (agro-commodities) sustainability.

And specifically, we are looking for changemakers who get energized by:

• Lead in the acquisition process, business development, and build your own client base —bringing in your own relevant network is preferable;
• Lead and inspire others through providing guidance, inspiration, feedback, and a strong sense of purpose.
• Work with senior-level counterparts and serve our clients by creating long-term value for their organization and their stakeholders, with a focus on building long-term partnerships;
• Build a legacy in the company by playing an active role in the internal management of the organization, and further developing the strategy that will help the team and the company grow and excel;

Our Principal Consultants are expected to have the following profile:

• Relevant Master’s degree or PhD.
• 8+ years of experience, of which several years were spent in strategy consulting;
• Working experience in or with strategic positions in agriculture commodity sector(s) or standard certifications
• Experience in working in multi-stakeholder setting, convening, and facilitation;
• Proven affinity with sustainability, especially around agri-commodity sector(s)
  Professional proficiency in English & Dutch (other languages are considered a plus)
