We are looking for an Operations Manager (7+ years’ work experience)
We are looking for a professional all-rounder who is passionate about:
- Staffing and operations
- Support the leadership team in translating business objectives and project tasks into accurate and detailed staffing plans and timelines
- Track project progress and proactively mitigate potential risks to ensure high-quality project execution
- Coordinate the implementation of internal business processes
- Human resources and company culture
- Coordinate and assist HR activities to realize the desired company culture
- Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
- Legal and compliance
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
- Finance and reporting
- Coordinate budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
- Develop, implement, and review Finance policies and procedures
You have the following profile:
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience in operational management in service industry —experience in consulting is a plus—with a proven track record in effective project management;
- Affinity with sustainability and the types of clients that we work with and the sectors in which we work—notably sustainable agriculture and commodities—is considered an advantage;
- Strong communicator, team player, and service-focused;
- Ability to deal with the pressure of multiple urgent request and issues in parallel, effectively getting things done, delegating where relevant, all whilst keeping an eye on the details;

- Developing fact-based innovative approaches, methodologies, and tools to enable fact-based decision making on sustainability challenges;
- Convening stakeholders in commodity sectors around a common sustainability vision and supporting the development of joint action.
