Unit4 Business World Systems Administrator

You will work in the IT department at the head office in Rotterdam and will report to the IT Manager. You will form a close-knit team with our UBW Application Manager in the UK and our Software Developer in Rotterdam. The UBW Application Manager will be your mentor and will assign your tasks.

Job purpose
Provide support to the Finance department as well as the rest of the business in the use of Unit4 Business World (Agresso). As we are a project-based company, the Project Costing and Billing (PCB) module plays a key role in this support.
Key support areas are:

• Development and delivery of training as well as the relevant documentation.
• Maintaining the chart of accounts and attribute structures within the UBW system.
• Assist with the testing of the latest service packs and patches.
• Regular business as usual support.
• Monitor system performance and usage.

The following qualifications and skills are required:

• A minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with UBW including the following modules:
  GL, AP, AR, FA, Planner, and PCB.
• Knowledge of reporting tools, Report Engine including Postback and UBW Reporting.
• Understanding of MS SQL would be desirable.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A desire to learn and further develop their skillset.
• Ability to learn how business processes have been implemented in UBW.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Ability to manage own time and ensure deadlines are met.
