Our global operations team are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of RGP’s offices, processes and projects. This is a fast paced and varied role with conflicting priorities and exposure to many different stakeholders across the business as you will be called upon to support and assist in a range of operations and administrative tasks to help achieve organizational goals.

Based in Utrecht, Netherlands, you will be part of the RGP Netherlands team and the first point of contact for our client service, talent management, human resource and back office teams looking for support on project administration, operations and event planning.

This includes:

  • Collating client and consultant engagement contracts and related project documents. Preparing these with perfect attention to detail and in a timely manner, paying particular attention to the details for cross border and non-standard projects.
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding consultants. Introducing them to projects and working with RGP, our systems and supporting with time and expense management processes.
  • Maintaining and improving internal systems, processes and controls to ensure best practice across our teams.

Objectives of the Role

  • Support pan-European teams with the daily administration and fostering the highest level of operating productivit
  • Be an EBSO business partner for all matters across client billing, consultant invoicing and troubleshooting, non-standard or cross border projects and contracting; liaising with accounts receivable, accounts payable, legal, tax, VAT and IT support
  • Execute day-to-day activities ensuring tools, processes, systems and client/consultant/business-facing solutions exist and effectively support the delivery of services for our business and clients
  • Compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures to ensure quality assurance in data management
  • Administration and tracking of client satisfaction surveys
  • Maintenance of Scoop (our EU database system) records including project administration, contact lists, internal reporting, billing, etc.
  • Provide ad hoc operational support to Head of Operations Europe and other key stakeholders across the business when necessary.

Requirements of the Role

  • Solid operations or administrative experience, ideally within a professional services organization
  • Able to work independently within a fast paced environment
  • Strong personal identification with RGP’s brand values; loyalty, integrity, focus, accountability and talent
  • Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, internet and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Professional, friendly, diplomatic and collaborative approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Perceptive to business needs, able to foresee and resolve issues before they surface and take charge to find solutions
  • React quickly to daily matters and follow procedures with careful attention to detail
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit
