YOUR ROLE
- Prepare customer proposals, and give presentations and demonstrations
- Analyze customer requirements and process design
- Create solution designs, specify interfaces, and configure software functionality
- Document software functions
- Organize solution integration testing, acceptance testing, and user training
- Provide go-live and after-care support, and hand over to Customer Success

Minimum requirements
- MSc University Degree in Business Management or Information Technology, or a BA in Logistics and Supply Chain
- 0-3 years of experience in SCM software
- Excellent customer engagement skills
- Can-do mentality
- Team player
- Proficient in Dutch and English
- Work permit for the Netherlands
