Our approach to consulting focuses on the combination of deep industry knowledge with specialised expertise in strategy, operations, risk management and organisation transformation. Through our apprenticeship model we develop your knowledge and direct involvement with the client. 

The internships we offer throughout the year are an excellent way to experience life at Oliver Wyman. You will receive real project experience and client exposure with full guidance from your project team. Throughout your time with us, you will receive in-depth feedback and coaching. We also organise regular events, where you can get to know your Oliver Wyman colleagues. 

As a truly international company, our consultants are staffed internationally, providing each consultant with ample opportunity to work abroad. You will be able to steer your career across the different countries and cultures that we engage with.
